At Achilles Inc. we look at our staff as extended family. We have several employees of over 20 years tenure and some of 30+ years. Treating our employees as family has always been a core value of our company and Achilles management staff remains committed to continuing it in the years to come.

Jon Achilles – President
Jon was born and raised in Tucson and he began working in the Fabrication Shop during his teenage years. Right after high school graduation Jon started full time at Achilles and trained under the best mechanical installers. Jon served as a project manager for several years and then began to run the construction division. Jon and his team of project managers always strive to provide the best possible product and service to their customers. Jon values all of employees at Achilles and promotes a Team Approach in all aspects of the business.

Bill Hutcherson – Chief Financial Officer
Bill was born in Cincinnati, Ohio but has lived in Tucson for over 30 years. He has been involved with accounting for over 25 years and always strives for accuracy. His primary objective is honesty and integrity in all financial activities at Achilles. Bill is in charge of the administrative and serves as part of the management team.

Kayla Leonard - Contract Administrator
Kayla is a Tucson native with over 10 years of administrative management experience. She is new to working in construction, but with a father who is a commercial plumber, she grew up around the industry. Kayla joined Achilles in 2022 as the Contract Administrator and was excited to work in the team atmosphere she had heard so much about. With her positive outlook and her dependability, Achilles is excited to have Kayla on our team.

Gabriela Tarket - Human Resources Manager
As the newest member to the Achilles team, Gabriela is our HR Manager who will be leading and directing routine functions of the Human Resource department including hiring, administering pay, benefits, and leave. With over 9 years of HR experience, Gabriela is dedicated to enforcing company policies and practices at Achilles. She enjoys interacting with everyone at Achilles and they have made it a great place to work. Gabriela is fluent in Spanish crediting Sesame Street and grade school for learning English as a second language.

Ryon Rodriguez - Fleet Manager/Safety Officer
Ryon began his career at Achilles in 2022 as the company’s Fleet Manager responsible for preventative maintenance, monitoring on-road activity, and vehicle safety inspections of 81 company owned vehicles and power assets. In 2023, he expanded his role to include site safety and committed himself to providing a safe work environment for all of Achilles’ employees. As our designated Safety Officer, Ryon provides training opportunities to our field labor force. He has earned the trust, respect and admiration of his fellow colleagues, field labor force and our top clients allowing Achilles to ensure quality of work. Ryon enjoys working in an atmosphere and culture that feels like family away from home.

Madisyn Tolbert - Administrative Assistant
Madisyn has an extensive customer service background in the medical field. However, the inconsistency in shift schedule was becoming unreliable so Madisyn decided to make a career change. In 2023, Madisyn was hired as our front office Administrative Assistant. She provides clerical support for our accounting and finance departments and is always eager to learning new things. Madisyn’s charismatic personality made her the perfect candidate to welcome visitors, greet callers and confidently assist her colleagues.
